Niagara on the Lake is stunning in the summer, add a bride and a groom and you have perfection. Stef and Bobby wanted to do something small, so 50 of their closest friends and family joined them at Pillar and Post in Niagara on the lake, to witness and celebrate their big day.
Some couples incorporate a pet, children, or in this case the grooms prized possession. His car! Probably my favourite moment of shooting these two was the look on Bobbys face when we asked Stef to put her hand on the car. You could see his entire body tense up, his eyes widen and I’m pretty sure he stopped breathing all together.
Boys and their toys!!! I’ll never understand!
Every wedding has something ‘Old’ and in this case it was the cake topper. If I remember correctly, 7 members of the family have used the same topper for their wedding and the only thing that needed to be replaced to date is the veil on the bride. You could tell it meant a lot to everyone in the family by the way they told it’s history.
It was great to work with Nadia from Sugar Photostudios www.sugarphotostudios.ca – We make a pretty good team! Looking forward to shooting more weddings together!
Stef and Bobby – Cheers to something beautiful!
